Q. What is Self-Help?
A. Self-Help is an online service (currently on copiers only at present) that helps you to fix most photocopier problems. Often these can be remedied without the need to call out an engineer, saving valuable time. And of course, it is ideal for when you are working late, putting in the extra hours at the weekend, or simply need a fix in a hurry.

Service response (All equipment) Measurable Uptime is near guaranteed as our service software enables us to measure the uptime of equipment, in fact currently running at 95% - Team ensure that any copier (new or used) will be up and running on average at least 95% of the time. We will also ensure a 90% first time fix - our engineers carry the right parts to enable them to fix your machine on their first visit 9 times out of 10 over your contract period.
Equipment call procedure As well a preventive maintenance visits, a minimum call procedure is carried out at every service response. This ensures that not only is your equipment kept in tip top condition but also any copy, print and or fax quality is checked, the machine will be cleaned and all high mortality parts are checked and replaced as necessary, thus ensuring reliability and consistent high performance. Online machine management This is being setup as we speak, once up and running our service portal will provide you with the flexibility of controlling your own service requirements 24 hours a day on line. This service facility will allow you to place service calls, order consumables, supply meter readings and check the availability of outstanding calls from the convenience of your PC.
Easy change Should your needs change, we will recognise the need for flexibility by adjusting volumes and renegotiating prices accordingly for the balance of the period to reflect more closely our customers requirements, or where relevant, providing the addition of further equipment by varying the price or term of the existing agreement or by making a co-terminus agreement Comprehensive service All consumables, labour and preventative maintenance to ensure the machines efficient running throughout its lifetime. Consumables are black toner (unless agreed to be charged extra) developer and drums. Parts supplied for any equipment are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If/when this expires this warranty will be renewed in advance by invoice at the then current rate. Parts supplied for machines not covered by warranty will be charged at the manufacturer's current price band.
21 day exchange guarantee and price promise We want your equipment to meet your expectations. So if within 21 days you notify us in writing that you are not completely satisfied, we will credit 100% of your money (excluding any lease settlement) towards the purchase of a Team Group Technologies product of equal or greater value.
Price Promise - This is exactly what it says it says, it is a genuine price promise.
