| Terms & Conditions | If you ask us to undertake a repair to your equipment, you agree to our charges in full (Details of charges supplied upon request) for any work carried out by Team Group Technologies Limited, either in full or part work thereof. Having placed an order for us to undertake any repair work, you understand that if Team Group Technologies Limited cannot fix the problem there will be no charge.
However, if the equipment "can" be repaired, but "you the customer", decide that for any reason e.g. the equipment is beyond economical repair or "you" decide that "you" do not require further work to be carried out beyond the inspection/diagnostics, the inspection/diagnostics fee and or any money owed to Team Group Technologies Limited for work carried out up to and including your instructions to us to stop further work, the work and our time to that date/time, will be paid in full by you to us prior to our technician(s) leaving your premises.
